It’s been very busy, and a tough time in the construction industry overall; however it’s also been extremely rewarding.

During 2024 we completed seven renovations (Attadale, Kingsley, Hillarys, Salter Point, Gwelup, Ballajura and Parkerville); with another in Swanbourne due for handover this week; whilst construction continued on a large 3 storey home in the Perth hills, and a double storey home in Wembley Downs (both of which are close to completion). We also recently completed an office fitout in Como.

As you can see our scope is varied, as is the demographic! There is no ‘one size fits all’ here at Ryan Cole.
2025 will see the commencement of external works projects in Joondalup and Gidgegannup; renovations in Mosman Park and East Fremantle; an office fitout in Ascot; as well as projects in the South West.
