One of the reasons we selected Ryan Cole from Savvy Construction was because of his enthusiasm and willingness to work together with us to achieve the best possible outcome. With an old house, where things often change during the renovation process, this factor was of major importance to us. We approached Ryan to design and construct our new home in Mt Helena, and the entire process to date has really been beyond our expectations. Being our first new build we were really relying on Ryan to guide us through the whole process.
