At the recent 2022 HIA Perth Housing Awards, we were thrilled to take out the top award for “Townhouse/Villa Development over $1.5 Million” for our 5 units at Waterford. 

We were also a finalist for “Townhouse/Villa Development of the Year” and “Townhouse/Villa of the Year $300,001 - $400,000”. 

We are very proud of this fantastic achievement, particularly considering that this was our first ever venture into a development project from go to whoa. 

On behalf of our client, Ryan sourced the land and organised all preliminary works involved in getting the single parcel into 5 separate lots.  

The result was 5 beautiful homes, all of which were fully turnkey and complimented by spacious designs and a high specification; as well as the attention to detail that is synonymous with a Ryan Cole built home.
