Having completed a major renovation, restoration and addition to “Alberton”, the original old workers’ cottage at #43, the owner subdivided and strata titled 4 parcels on the original large block of land.
We were engaged to carry out the civils work on the sub division, and thereafter to design and construct 3 individual, exclusive two-storey town houses/villas.
Each has high ceilings, 4 bedrooms, study or I.T. hub, 2 bathrooms, multiple living areas, alfresco areas, double garages and despite being built on tight sites (341m2 at the rear) and 324m2 at the front – each townhouse is flooded with natural light. We even managed to fit a concrete swimming pool in at 43A.
All three homes were fully turnkey, apart from window treatments, and all contain quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
